You have 30 calendar days from the official carrier delivery date to request a return for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a full refund, items must satisfy the following criteria:

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original pristine condition (cords unclipped, hardware undamaged).
• Item must be packed in its original packaging with all custom-molded styrofoam, shade protective wrapping, and accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (Order Number) must accompany the return authorization request.

• Warehouse Inspection: Once delivered to our Covington facility, our inventory team inspects the item within 1 to 2 business days.
• Automated Notification: You will receive an email notification confirming your return has been inspected and approved.
• Credit Applied: Refunds are immediately credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Funds typically reflect on your bank or card statement within 5 to 7 business days.
